This course is not intended to replace an in-depth Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training course. OSHA is a governmental organization that analyses workplace incidents and accidents and, in turn, mandates specific employee training. Besides developing their rules and regulations, OSHA enforces those same principles with nearly unlimited power to shut down job sites and companies and issue substantial fines or other regulatory penalties.

OSHA is only one aspect of workplace safety. There are many other safety aspects for you to explore.
